Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen.
To shallow fry: Pre-heat a little oil in a pan over a low heat. Fry for 7-9 minutes, turning occasionally.
To oven cook: Pre-heat the oven to 180oC/350oF, Gas mark 4. Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 7-9 minutes, turning once.
