6-8 minutes
Low heat

To shallow fry: Pre-heat a little oil in a pan over a low heat. Place the balls in the pan and fry for 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally. 

Oven
8-9 minutes
200oC/400oF.

To oven cook: Pre-heat the oven to 200oC/400oF. Bake on a lightly greased baking tray for 8-9 minutes, turning once. 

Do not eat raw. After opening consume within the same day.
