Our Vegan Mince is based on soy protein and perfect to add to your pasta, stir fry recipe or oven dish. Prepare for example a delicious vegetarian lasagna, with only 3% fat.

Preparation

Frying pan
Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Mince over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn regularly.

Microwave
Place the Mince on a plate in the microwave for 3 minutes at 800 watt.

Rehydrated SOY flour (87%), rapeseed oil, rehydrated WHEAT protein (2,5%), maltodextrin, yeast extract, BARLEY malt extract, salt, vinegar, onion powder, dried onion, garlic powder, spices, potassium chloride, burnt Sugar.
