Garden Gourmet Saté Balls

The Saté Balls are based on soy and wheat protein and ideal to add variety in your kitchen. The Balls are easy to combine with different Asian dishes, like nasi or satay sauce. But they are also great as an afternoon snack.

Preparation

Oven
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Balls in the middle of the preheated oven for 6 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan
Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Indonesian Balls over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn regularly.

Microwave
Place the Balls on a plate in the microwave for 40-60 seconds at 1000 watt.

Rehydrated SOY protein (25,1% water, 15,9% soy protein), rehydrated WHEAT protein (water (7.9%), WHEAT protein (4.5%) vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed in varying proportions), barn EGG white protein, maltodextrin (maize, potato), salt, vinegar, potato starch, pea fibers, pea starch flavorings (contain SOY, CELERY and MUSTARD), stabilizers (guar gum E412, sodium alginate E401), yeast extract, hydrolyzed vegetable protein (carry over from spice mix), BARLEY malt extract, spices (paprika, garlic powder, onion powder), spice extracts, beet powder.
