Our Bratwurst is a tasty sausage based on vegetable protein. The Braadwurst combines really well with all kinds of recipes: from baked potatoes with French beans to a couscous salad. Tip: prepare the sausage in a grill pan or on the BBQ; it tastes even beter.

Preparation

Oven: Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Braadwurst in the middle of the preheated oven for 6 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan: Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Braadwurst over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn regularly.

Ingredients

Water, onion, canola oil, WHEAT protein (10%), SOY protein (6), barn EGG white powder, salt, vinegar, corn maltodextrin, yeast extract, spices, stabilizers (guar gum, xanthan hum), flavours, spice extracts (nutmeg, white pepper), colour (iron oxide).
