Feel like having a burger, but prefer a veggie alternative today? This soy and wheat protein based burger is full of flavor and has a great texture. Yummy! Use it to make your own classic hamburger or serve it with a salad and prepare it on the BBQ!

Preparation

Oven
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Burger in the middle of the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan
Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Burger over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn regularly.

Microwave
Place the Burger on a plate in the microwave for 20-30 seconds at 650 watt.

Water, SOY protein, vegetable oils, WHEAT protein, barn EGG white protein powder, dried onion flakes, WHEAT flour, apple puree, herbs (parsley, coriander), starches, spices, vinegar, dried potato flakes, yeast extract, salt.
