Preparation

Oven
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Grilled Filet in the middle of the preheated oven for 5-6 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan
Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the  Wiener Schnitzel over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn regularly.
