The Nuggets are based on soy and wheat protein and they've got that well known taste, a crunchy crust and a savory filling. Delicious to add to your salad or as an afternoon snack.

Preparation

Oven
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Nuggets in the middle of the preheated oven for 3-5 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan
Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Nuggets over a medium heat for 2-4 minutes. Turn regularly.
