Garden Gourmet Schnitzel

Our Schnitzel is based on soy and wheat protein, and has that specific and characteristic crispy crust. The filling is firm. The Schnitzel goes really well with small potatoes or steamed vegetables. Just add a slice of lemon and your dish is complete!

Oven

Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Schnitzel in the middle of the preheated oven for 5-6 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan

Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Schnitzel over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Turn regularly.

Ingredients

Water, WHEAT flour, vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed in varying proportions) 10% SOY protein, 4.5% WHEAT protein, barn EGG (egg yolk and egg yolk) ,yeast, spices (containing MUSTARD), spice extracts, salt, yeast extract, vinegar, citrus fiber, corn starch, sugar, garlic, peppers extract, iodized food salt (food salt, potassium iodate).
