Beetroot Falafel is made from chickpeas and beetroot. It goes really well with pita bread, a fresh salad and yogurt sauce. But try the Falafel once in a while in a couscous salade, that's also yummy!

Oven

Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Beetroot Falafel in the middle of the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan

Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Beetroot Falafel over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Turn regularly.
