Oven
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Falafel in the middle of the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes. Turn halfway.
Frying pan
Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Falafel over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Turn regularly.
Water (25), chickpeas (24%), zucchini, onion, rapeseed oil, breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, water, salt, yeast, paprika), spices, parsley, vinegar, salt, corn starch, yeast extract.
