Spinach Falafel is made from chickpeas and spinach. It goes really well with pita bread, a fresh salad and yogurt sauce. But try the Falafel once in a while in a couscous salade, that's also yummy!

Oven

Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Spinach Falafel in the middle of the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan

Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Spinach Falafel over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Turn regularly.

Rehydrated chickpea 60% (chickpea 16,3%, water 43,7%) spinach (17,4%) vegetable oil (sunflower, canola in varying proportions) onion, herbs (basil, parsley, mint), WHEAT protein, vinegar, water, corn starch, salt garlic, black pepper.
