To prepare our vegan sausage in the pan, preheat the pan on medium heat with 1 TBSP of cooking oil for 1 minute on gas stove or 2 minutes on electric stove.  Place the Garden Gourmet vegan chorizo sausage in a pan and cook for 12 minutes, rotating every 2 minutes to cook evenly.

To prepare our vegan chorizo sausage on BBQ, start by firing the charcoal BBQ grill to a medium heat. Place the vegan chorizo sausage in the center of the grill and cook for 12 minutes rotating every 4 minutes.
