Barbecue Garden Gourmet Chorizo with fresh salad and sour cream

1) Turn on the barbecue.

2) In a bowl, combine the iceberg lettuce, radishes, apples, salt and pepper.

3) In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt and pepper to taste. 

4) Serve the salad on plates or a serving dish. Sprinkle the dressing over it and top with cut garden cress.

5) Grill the sausages on the barbecue for 4-5 minutes. Serve the sausages with the iceberg salad.
