Divide the lettuce and kale among 4 plates. 

Remove peel of the grapefruit and save the juice. Spread the pieces of fruit, beets and goat cheeseover the salad. Prepare the burgers according to the instructions on the packaging. Cut the burgers into pieces and divide them over the salad. Make a dressing of the citrus fruit juice, olive oil, date syrup, and put it over the salad.
