Garden Gourmet Sausage with potato salad and mustard vinaigrette

1) Cut the upper side of the rolls open.

2) Mix in a bowl the sour cream and mustard. Season with salt. Add the sauerkraut and thyme leaves and toss to combine.

3) Place the sausages in a pan with hot (not boiling) water for 2-3 minutes.

4) Top the rolls with lettuce, sauerkraut, a sausage and cornichons.
