Remove all packaging. Cook from chilled.
To shallow fry: Pre-heat ½ teaspoon of oil over a medium heat. Cook for 7-8 minutes uncovered, turning occasionally.
To oven cook: Preheat oven to 200°C. Place burger on a baking tray with parchment paper in the centre of the oven for 11 minutes. Flip halfway.
To BBQ: Preheat BBQ to a medium heat. Place one burger in the centre of the grill. Cook for 12 minutes, turning every 4 minutes.
