Garden Gourmet Chickpea Burger

The Chickpea Burger is made from chickpeas and prepared with an authentic  mix of herbs. Great with (pita) bread or in a couscous salad. Don't forget to add a bit of hummus, that's delicious.

Preparation

Oven

Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Chickpea Burger in the middle of the preheated oven for 6-8 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan

Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Chickpea Burgers over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn regularly.

Microwave

Place the Chickpea Burger on a plate in the microwave for 2-3 minutes at 1000 watt.
