Our Lentil Burger is full power! Lentils are a source of proteins and a perfect alternative for a meatless day. This Burger contains a surprising combination of lentils, carrots and mint. Delicious to add in a freshly made salad.

Preparation

Oven

Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Lentil Burger in the middle of the preheated oven for 6 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan

Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Lentil Burger over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn regularly.

Microwave

Place the Lentil Burger on a plate in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at 1000 watt.
