Garden Gourmet Mixed Vegetable Balls

These Mixed Vegetable Balls are based on soy and wheat protein and contain loads of vegetables like carrots, peas and peppers. The Balls are great in stir-fried dishes, because they add an extra bite. Tip: enjoy the Mixed Vegetable Balls as a snack in between meals or as a side dish.

Oven

Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Mixed Vegetable Balls in the middle of the preheated oven for 6 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan

Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Mixed Vegetable Balls over a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Turn regularly.
