Our Mixed Vegetable Burger, based on wheat protein, is made from fresh vegetables like carrots, peas, corn, potato, onion and peppers. The Burger has a crunchy crust and tastes delicious.

Preparation

Oven
Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Mixed Vegetable Burger in the middle of the preheated oven for 14-16 minutes. Turn halfway.

Frying pan
Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Mixed Vegetable Burger over a medium heat for 6-7 minutes. Turn regularly.
