Preparation

Oven

Preheat the oven at 180ºC and bake the Quinoa Kale Burger in the middle of the preheated oven for 10 minutes.Turn halfway.

Frying pan

Heat butter and/or (olive) oil in a frying pan and fry the Quinoa Kale Burger over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Turn regularly.

Microwave

Place the Quinoa Kale Burger on a plate in the microwave for 1-2 minutes at 1000 watt.
