To prepare our crunchy tofu in a pan, start by preheating the pan to medium heat and add 1 TBSP of oil (15 ml).  Place the crunchy tofu on the preheated pan, cook on medium heat for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally.

To prepare our crunchy tofu in the oven, preheat the oven to 200°C.  Bake the  cheesy nuggets on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 5-6 minutes.  Flip halfway. ​

Airfryer
2-3 minutes

To prepare our crunchy tofu in the Airfryer, preheat the airfryer to 200°C.  Place the crunchy tofu in the basket and airfry for 2-3 minutes.​
