100 gr olives, mixed
200 gr cherry tomatoes, mixed
100 gr artichokes hearts, in herb oil
2 tbsp truffle mayonnaise
1 French bread - baguette
Cheesy Nuggets ‘Apero’
Golden, cheesy nuggets made for sharing. This "Apero" snacking plate is all about crunchy bites, easy dips and relaxed moments together.
Preparation
1. Grill the baguette
2. Cook the nuggets until golden
Prepare the Cheesy Nuggets according to the instructions in the air fryer or oven.
3. Prepare the vegetable snacks
Halve the cherry tomatoes and alternate them with a piece of artichoke on a cocktail stick.
4. Assemble & Serve
Arrange the Cheesy Nuggets with the truffle mayonnaise on a nice snack platter on a piece of greaseproof paper and arrange the other items around them.
