Preparation

2. Cut and slice the vegetables
Thinly slice the red cabbage and mix with some rice vinegar, salt, and pepper. Slice the cucumbers and cut the bell pepper into strips. Cut the spring onion into thin rings. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, scoop the flesh out of the skin, and cut into slices.
3. Cook the Cruncy Tofu golden
Fry the Crunchy Tofu cubes in the air fryer according to the instructions on the package until crispy and golden brown.
4. Assemble the poké bowls
Start by dividing the rice between the bowls. Then divide the various ingredients around the bowl. Garnish with sesame seeds.
