Ingredients

1 package GARDEN GOURMET Vegetarian Cheesy Nuggets
1 head Baby Romaine lettuce
75 gr carrots
2 tsp lime juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 package mini flour tortillas (4 units)
150 gr red cabbage
1 tbsp mayonnaise
200 ml yogurt low fat
1 clove garlic
a pinch of salt
1 bunch mixed herbs; chives, basil, parsley
a pinch of black pepper

Cheesy Nugget tortillas

Golden cheesy nuggets in soft tortillas with a fresh red cabbage salad and gentle yogurt herb sauce—simple, colourful and perfect for the whole family.

Preparation

1. Cut and season vegetables

Cut or shred the red cabbage into thin strips. Cut the carrot into thin strips and mix with the red cabbage. Season with salt, pepper, olive oil, and lime juice.

2. Prepare yoghurt herb sauce

Chop the herbs for the sauce as finely as possible and mix with the yogurt and mayonnaise, crush the garlic and mix in. Season with salt, pepper and a little lime juice if desired.

3. Cook the Cheesy Nuggets golden

Prepare the Cheesy Nuggets according to the instructions on the package in the air fryer or oven.

4. Assemble the tortillas

Fry the tortillas briefly on both sides in a hot frying pan. Divide romaine salad leaves and the cabbage salad on the tortillas and ‘Cheesy Nuggets’ on top. Serve with the yogurt sauce.
