Pan
5 -7 minutes
Low heat

To prepare our vegan burger in a pan, start by preheating the pan to low heat and add 1 TBSP of oil (15 ml).  Place the vegan burger on the preheated pan, cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Oven
8 - 10 minutes
180°C

To prepare our Vegan Burger in the oven, preheat the oven to 180°C.  Bake the Vegan Burger on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 8-10 minutes and flip halfway
