To prepare our veggie rondo in a pan, start by preheating the pan to medium heat and add 1 TBSP of oil (15 ml).  Place the spinach cheese burger on the preheated pan, cook on medium heat for 12-14 minutes, turning regulary.

Oven
10-12 minutes
180°C

To prepare our veggie rondo in the oven, preheat the oven to 180°C.  Bake the spinach cheese burger on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 10-12 minutes and flip halfway.
