To prepare our Falafel in a pan, start by preheating the pan to medium heat and add 1 TBSP of oil (15 ml).  Place the Falafel on the preheated pan, cook on medium heat for 7-9min, turning occasionally

To prepare our falafel in the oven, preheat the oven to 180°C.  Bake the falafel on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 7-9 minutes and flip halfway.
