Medium heat

To prepare our vegetarian lightly roasted pieces in a pan, start by preheating the pan to medium heat and add 1 TBSP of oil (15 ml).  Place the lightly roasted pieces on the preheated pan, cook on medium heat for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.

Oven
4-6 minutes
180°C

To prepare our vegan lightly roasted pieces in the oven, preheat the oven to 180°C.  Bake the vegan lightly roasted pieces on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 4-6 minutes.  Flip halfway.
