Vegetarian Veggie Balls

We are happy to introduce a tasty new way to enjoy your veggies with GARDEN GOURMET Vegetarian Veggie Balls. These delicious veggie balls blend red lentils with a variety of vegetables, including carrot, sweetcorn, peas, red pepper and onion. Made with high-quality plant-based ingredients, these vegetable balls are high in protein and fibre.

Enjoy these tasty vegetarian balls with a variety of dishes. Add them to a salad for some extra bite and flavour, or enjoy them as a simple snack or side dish - delicious and hassle-free!

Pan

Medium heat

To prepare our veggie balls in a pan, start by preheating the pan to medium heat and add 1 TBSP of oil (15 ml).  Place the mixed vegetable balls on the preheated pan, cook on medium heat for 6-7 minutes, turning regulary.

Oven
6-7 minutes
180°C

To prepare our mixed vegetable balls in the oven, preheat the oven to 180°C.  Bake the mixed vegetable balls on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 6-7 minutes and flip halfway.
