Medium heat

To prepare our Vegan Burger in a pan.  Preheat the pan to medium heat and add 1 TBSP of oil (15 mL).  Place the vegan burger on the preheated pan, cook on medium heat for 4 minutes, flip the burger and cook for additional 4 minutes.

To prepare our vegan burger in the oven, preheat the oven to 400F/200C.  Bake the vegan burger on a metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 11 minutes and flip halfway. 

BBQ
12 minutes
Medium heat

To prepare our vegan burger on the grill, fire your charcoal or gas BBQ (grill) to a medium heat.  Place one patty of the vegan burger in the center of the grill and cook for 12 minutes,  turning occasionally.
