STOVE TOP: Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add ½ teaspoon of oil. Cook 7-8 minutes, uncovered.  Flip occasionally.  

CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 392 °F/200 °C.   Bake burger on a light metal baking sheet with parchment paper on center oven rack for 11 minutes. Flip halfway. 

BBQ GRILL: Preheat charcoal BBQ (grill) to a medium heat.   Place one patty in the center of the grill.  Cook for 12 minutes. Flip every 4 minutes.
